The Fractional CFO will serve as a trusted architect and financial strategist for high-impact ministries and nonprofits. You'll bring structure, foresight, and wisdom to organizations in seasons of scale, transition, or transformation, helping leaders translate vision into financial reality.
You'll work collaboratively with Novum's Accounting, HR, and Consulting teams to deliver unified back-office leadership and strengthen financial foundations that sustain long-term mission growth.
